Felicidades por tu nueva dirección y tu libro de bocetos, espero encargarlo pronto, lo de las calcas para la Comic Con es una buenisima idea ya que lo que deja más dinero es la parafarnalia que se mercadea alrededor de los proyectos, si no checa el dato de los deportes profesionales y más los estadounidenses, los jugadores ganan más por el mercadeo de su nombre e imagen que por su desempeño en la cancha, jee con tus personajes debes hacer lo mismo comercializarlos sin que pierdan su integridad, y disculpa por el comentario de mercadeo soy diseñador gráfico publicitario aparte aficionado al dibujo y no pude evitarlo, Felicidades de nuevo y una pregunta ¿ hay planes de traer la serie Revelations a México?.

Hoy mismo he recibido en el correo tu sketchbook Toxic Waste junto con el de Francisco Herrera, y debo decir que no podría estar más satisfecho con el librito. Magnífico diseño, fantástica edición, y, por supuesto, tus increíbles dibujos en el interior. Me encanta Sky Doll (Barbucci es sin duda uno de los dibujantes con más talento del mercado), y me ha sorprendido gratamente ver tu ilustración del personaje en el retrete, hahaha.
Y hablando de Soleil, me encantó el primer volumen de K, y me he devorado los bocetos y diseños de los personajes en Toxic Waste.
Gracias por tus fantásticos dibujos, y por tu incomparable ética de trabajo!

Hola Carlos, te escribo a ti drectamente para decirte si, tal vez lo ideal seria escribir en mi propio idioma, pero la realidad es que gran parte de la gente que me lee, habla inglés, así que me tomé la libertad de hacerlo en este idioma por esa razón en especial. Por supuesto también (afortunadamente) hay personas que me escriben que hablan itlaliano o francés, y así las cosas no nos queda más que entender que el inglés es el idioma universal. Pero siempre tendré el cuidado de leer los posts como los tuyos y contestarlos en nuestro idioma, así que te pido que sigas escribiendo.

Javier, en México no hay otro equipo que el América, y aca tambien le decimos futbol. Ahora han contratado a Federico Inzua, a Lucas Castroman y hace unos años tuvimos aca al Piojo López (jugadorazo) y al Bam-bam Zamorano.

Picked up your sketchbook (i was the dude with the Heroes symbol on his forehead), and LOVED it… but it got me to thinking… I’d love to see your take on Batman! I’d love to see Batman in that beautiful “Ramos-style” of yours.

¿llegara a Mèxico sin problemas? y me interesaría también poder tener
una hoja de la que le llaman “arte original” si tienes un poco de tiempo
(que en estos días creo que es lo que mas te falta) te agradecería puedas contestar

La verdad es que no he visto nada de tele en las ultimas dos semanas pues estuve en san diego para al comicon y regrese ayer recien. gracias por los comentarios, y no importa que llenes el blog, para eso es.

Israel, tu libro debe llegar sin problemas.
El arte original son las paginas en la que yo dibujo y despues se entintan, esas se venden tambien, como eso, como originales y tienen un costo conforme al autor, y el trabajo.
Que es lo que interesa adquirir? alguna idea?

Hi Sr. Ramos,
I finally thought to use Google to find the new blog (the old blog’s link wouldn’t work!).
Well, I just wanted to thank you for signing my stuff at Comic-Con.
I was the guy in the blue Yale hat with the big Y on it, who was all nervous to meet you/speak Spanish. And I can’t believe I bumped into you as I was leaving Sunday afternoon, too. It’s like seeing a million dollars sitting on the floor–you just are too stunned to believe it! You are such an inspiration for me as a Mexican-American, aspiring illustrator.
Anyway, meeting you really was one of the highlights of my summer, so thank you again, and I can’t wait to collect more of your beautiful artwork!

Humberto yo soy de argentina, y si, también me gusta dibujar. Lo unico que queria decirte es que vi el video de tu entrevista y fue muy bueno para mi, ya que, no puedo qreer que seas una persona tan simple!! lo que dijiste verdaderamente me toco el alma -”nada es imposible”- lo habia escuchado muchas veces pero oirlo de tu parte me abrio totalmente la cabeza ahora más que nunca voy a esforzarme y a tratar lograr mi sueño que es estar al lado de dibujantes como lo sos vos. El viernes me llego el TOXIC WASTE, y todo este fin de semana lo disfrute revisandolo una y otra vez. Mi unica queja es que necesitaba mas paginas.

Me llamo Alejo y soy de España, soy fan tuyo desde Crimson, y te he seguido en Spiderman, en Lobezno y X-men ahora mismo, que la edicíón española va por la civil war. Necesito hacerte una pregunta: Interveniste en el proceso de diseño del nuevo duende verde k dibujaste???

Gracias por contestarme al correo, yo sabia que ese duende tenia tu sello.¿Hay alguna manera de conseguir en España algun boceto o dibujo a lápiz original (sin tinta)???? Soy dibujante aficionado (cuando la carrera de arquitectura me lo permite) y me gustaría saber que herramienta usas principalmente para dibujar. ¿Lapiz o portaminas? ¿HB o 3H? y por último una pregunta más. ¿Sabes entintar? Gracias por tu tiempo

Gracias otra vez mas por contestarme,La historia de Venom la tengo pero en los tomillos mensuales que se publicaron aquí. Hoy he conseguido uno de tus comics de Lobezno y decirte que me parece increible las paginas en la que repasas toda la historia con las escenas de Kubert de Origen y tiene el contacto con Jean grey. Pedazo de homenaje si señor.

Hola Ramos, soy de nicaragua y queria felicitarte por tu trabajo es muy bueno y muy inspirador me gusta mucho el comic, trabajo como ilustrador de caricaturas en un diario de mi pais, pero me gusta muchisimo el comic me gustaria tener una direccion de correo para escribirte y mandarte algunos monitos que tengo talvez me aconsejes en algo, un abrazo y que Dios te bendiga que sigas adelante.
